With extensive experience managing multi-million-dollar EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) campaigns, YG brings deep executional expertise to complex, high-stakes industrial projects. Shyaam Dhassri
Operations Director
Shyaam brings to Meraki Atar a rare combination of technical depth, commercial judgment, and financial fluency across every mandate the firm undertakes. As Operations Director, Shyaam oversees the end-to-end execution of the company’s most complex engagements across Aviation MRO, Subsea deployments, Industrial Solutions, and Risk & Insurance, ensuring that strategic intent translates seamlessly into measurable outcomes on the ground. This is complemented by a broad background encompassing corporate finance, credit, and insurance risk management across complex industrial and aviation frameworks.
Built on a foundation of cross-sector experience, Shyaam has cultivated an extensive network spanning engineering, finance, insurance, and industry leadership, consistently bringing together the right people, resources, and ground-level expertise to ensure seamless project delivery across every engagement. Yuvaraj Periyan
Chief Strategic Officer
An engineer turned financial professional, Yuvaraj brings a formidable blend of technical understanding and elite financial acumen to his role as Chief Strategic Officer at Meraki Atar. He is a Licensed Financial Planner under the Securities Commission Malaysia, holding both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP CERT™) and Islamic Financial Planner (IFP®) qualifications. Drawing on his extensive experience, Yuvaraj is the go-to authority for structuring corporate investments, forging strategic partnerships, and shaping the robust financial vision that fuels our global expansion.
