Managing Director
YG serves as the Managing Director of Meraki Atar, steering the company’s strategic vision across the Marine, Energy, Industrial Infrastructure, and Aviation MRO sectors. With extensive experience managing multi-million-dollar EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) campaigns, he brings deep executional expertise to complex, high-stakes industrial projects. Beyond ground-level project delivery, YG is a specialist in structuring high-value joint ventures and consortiums, actively driving enterprise scaling and capital growth for partner organizations and client portfolios through strategic investment groups.

Shyaam Dhassri
Operations Director
Shyaam is the operational backbone of Meraki Atar, responsible for translating high-level corporate strategy into flawless, ground-level execution. Overseeing the daily intricacies of the aviation MRO facility, subsea deployments, and digital IT projects, he ensures that all divisions operate seamlessly under stringent international frameworks. Shyaam’s primary focus is on maximizing cross-disciplinary efficiency, upholding an uncompromising stance on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, and ensuring that every complex engineering project is delivered precisely on time and within scope.
Yuvaraj Periyan
Chief Strategic Officer
An engineer turned financial professional, Yuvaraj brings a formidable blend of technical understanding and elite financial acumen to his role as Chief Strategic Officer at Meraki Atar. He is a Licensed Financial Planner under the Securities Commission Malaysia, holding both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP CERT™) and Islamic Financial Planner (IFP®) qualifications. Drawing on his extensive experience, Yuvaraj is the go-to authority for structuring corporate investments, forging strategic partnerships, and shaping the robust financial vision that fuels our global expansion.
